Session cost & Print options

Session fee $500 (plus tax). $50 booking fee to hold your spot on my calendar due within 48hrs from booking your shoot.

Booking fee is refundable if you cancel up to 72 hours prior to session date. Reschedules for weather or illness are no charge, but for other reasons please give me 48 hours notice to reschedule. There is no fee to reschedule, however any cancellation within 72 hours of your session will be subject to a $50 penalty. Thank you.

Session cost includes:

• up to 3 hours of photoshoot
• up to 2 locations
• private online gallery of watermarked image proofs
• 4 high resolution professionally edited images (no watermark).
• 8x10 printed copies of you 4 images on photo lustre paper
• personal printing rights for purchased images.

Session Fee: $500 (plus tax). $50 due at time of booking, $450 plus tax due one day prior to session. Physical items included in session fee will be delivered approximately 2 weeks from image selection, downloads of your images are provided through a private online gallery.

Delivery time frame for physical items varies but estimate 2-3weeks after selection. Payment for additional items due when we place the order. Please plan accordingly if you want your items for special occasions-production time and shipping times vary throughout the year. Rush delivery and rush lab orders are possible, but will come with an increased charge. We can tailor your images and products to your specific needs. Let me help you create artwork for your home.

Optional Item Cost examples:

• additional full edits/finished portraits add $45 per image file (digital download)
• canvas wrapped prints starting at $205 for 11x14
• framed prints starting at $228 for 11x14 frame (image approx 9x12 with matt & acrylic)
• canvas wrapped prints in float frame (my favorite) starting at $343 for 11x14 in a black frame

After your purchase is complete I will make digital copies available in a private (online, password protected) gallery for 6 months. Your files will be available for download to your device(s) or a USB drive.

book a session

As you book your session you will be prompted to fill out a brief questionnaire. Next a contract for services is provided to you, this gives you an opportunity to review terms and conditions. The contract is my commitment to you, and defines how I would like us to interact as a service provider and client. After you have signed the contract you will see your invoice-this will be my session fee plus applicable sales tax. I request you submit payment, either in full or your $50 booking fee, within 48 hours. If you do not submit payment within 48 hours I will cancel the session and return the day to my booking calendar. This may sound like a lot of steps, but my automation makes it easy for you as you are guided through each step. After your session scheduling and payment are complete I will arrange to have a preshoot phone call , meeting via Zoom, or we can meet for coffee to discuss your session and how to best prepare for your photo session. This final step gives you another opportunity to ask me questions.

post session image selection & Edit

After your session I return to my home office and download the images from your shoot. This part typically takes 1-2 hours as I sort and compile the best images from our session. Your images will be ready for review no later than 2 weeks from your session, but I aim to have your images ready for initial viewing in 3 business days. If you are on a shortened time line I can accommodate your needs, but please understand I will charge a fee to prioritize your images. I prefer we meet up again to reveal your images, however if this is not possible I can create a private online gallery of the images as proofs with a large watermark. This image gallery will be password protected and downloads will be disabled through the gallery. At this stage you will still see leashes and collars in the photos. After you have selected your favorite images I will then do a full edit (leash/collar removal etc) please see the post process page on this site for examples. If a reshoot is needed there is no additional cost to you. I want to provide my best possible work to you.

Finished Work

After your images are fully edited I will contact you and provide a link to your private online gallery. From this space you can immediately download your image files. You will have access to both high resolution and small resolution image files. (note: I do not offer small/social media files as a stand-alone option. The small files are provided to you as a courtesy, and also help you share the best quality image to your socials.) Your large files are suitable for printing at a commercial lab or a professional lab. I recommend saving a copy to an external drive or a USB drive for safe keeping. Your private gallery will be live online for 6 months and I will make sure to notify you of the date your gallery will no longer be available online.
